Steph Curry found a buyer for his California mansion for $3.2 million after nearly a year of it sitting on the market.
DailyMail.com has learned Steph, 29, and wife Ayesha Curry, 28, purchased the spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 7,520 square foot mansion in Walnut Creek back in November 2015 for $3.2 million.
Though the Currys dropped their selling price from $3.6 million to $3.2 million, it’s not like they need the extra cash. Earlier this month he signed a five-year, $201 million dollar deal to re-sign with the Warriors
The ‘sprawling Mediterranean villa with guest house’ features master bed with steam shower, access to wraparound terraces and views of Mount Diablo.
Walnut Creek is 16 miles east of Oakland in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area.
The listing on Realtor.com also notes the property was updated in 2015 with a La Cornue kitchen. Ayesha Curry famously loves to cook, having penned her cookbook The Seasoned Life: Food, Family, Faith, and the Joy of Eating Well.
She also hosts the cooking show Ayesha’s Home Kitchen on Food Network.
The home, built in 2006, has a massive walk-in closet and a luxurious master bathroom with a BainUltra therapeutic tub.
The property is on .93 acres and also has a guest house with separate garage. The main house has double deep three car garage.
The Warriors point-guard listed the home less than a year after purchasing it. It was priced at $3.6 million in October 2016.

The home has sat on the market for nearly a year with no bites. It’s one of the nicer homes in the neighborhood, considering the median listing price is $775,000.
Curry slashed the price down to $3.195 on July 5 which seems to have attracted a buyer. Technically, they lost $5,000 on the property which is 0.00002 percent of Steph’s current contract with the Dubs. The sale is currently pending.
It’s not like Curry needs the extra cash. Earlier this month he signed a five-year, $201 million dollar deal to re-sign with the Warriors.
Curry led the Golden State Warriors to the NBA finals in 2015, 2016 and 2017. The Warriors took home the title in 2015 and 2017 and fell to the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016 after a 3-1 lead in the finals.
He earned the top salary for the 2017-2018 season after signing the NBA’s first $200 million contract. According to Forbes, he is worth $47.3 million.
Curry signed with the Dubs in 2009 after playing for Davidson College. He is considered to be one of the top shooters in the NBA.
